Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV - Swiss increases its capital by CHF 100m

On 30 January 2012 the Board of Directors of Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV (the “SICAV”) resolved to increase the capital of the SICAV’s subfund Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV - Swiss by CHF 100 million from the end of the first quarter of 2012.

This resolution was adopted after reviewing the investments made so far by the SICAV’s Investment Manager and with a view to making new acquisitions of properties in the months ahead.
The technical and legal details regarding this capital increase will be made public in the coming weeks.
